The process of creating your custom home at The Rise couldn’t be easier.

The first step is to select your preferred home site at The Rise and then designing a home that reflects your unique lifestyle. This can be realized through our design team to help you select and create your vision, or alternately show you several different designs to make your decision hassle-free. You can also engage your own architect or designer. In fact we’ll even hold your preferred home site for you while you finalize your home design.

Next you’ll need to have your home built by a qualified new home warranty builder. We have a registered British Columbia New Home Warranty builder right on-site at The Rise, or there are several qualified new home warranty builders on south Vancouver Island that will help you realize your dream.
